The Action Type – Export Data contains reports that can be exported as excel files. This shows the options available on the Export Type dropdown.
- Select Action Type as Export Data
- Select which report to export
- Select the desired student(s)
- Click on Export Data to generate the excel file
¶ Export Types Available
LIEP Student Data Export - This export is a report that includes basic LIEP data about the student(s) selected
ELPA Progress Tracking - This report provides the results of the formula used to determine if a student is making progress or not from year to year based on WIDA Overall Composite scale scores.
State Test Accommodations - This report creates a list of students that have state test accommodations set for them, as well as which ones are set for each student.
ACT/SAT Accommodations - This report creates a list of students that have ACT/SAT accommodations set for them, as well as which ones are set for each student.
Classroom Supports - This report creates a list of students that have classroom modifications set for them, as well as which ones are set for each student.
ELL Services Provided - This report creates a list of students that have ELL services set for them, as well as which ones are set for each student.
Historical Test Scores - This report provides a list of test scores for each student in a .csv file.
5 Years ELL - This report provides a list of all students that have been in the ML program for 5 years or more.
